About Our Team
Historically, Kinspeed has worked closely with local universities to discover upcoming talent, including Development Director, Chris Searle. Chris joined Kinspeed, fresh from Sheffield Hallam University, and worked his way through the ranks to become Director within a few years of joining the business. Chris leads a large team of developers, building and supporting fully integrated, bespoke ERP systems.
Marc Crossland joined the team in 2004, as Commercial Director. With a background in warehouse and distribution system implementation and enhancement, Marc is a rich source of experience for clients across a range of sectors. Drawing on Marc’s expertise in system optimisation, Kinspeed clients benefit from accelerated return on investment.
With a background in manufacturing and I.T., Technical Director Darren Brooke brings a wealth of experience to Kinspeed ERP. A keen problem solver, Darren’s technical expertise comes to the fore when clients have industry challenges to overcome. Developing industry-specific solutions is where Kinspeed excels.
In 2015, Glen Banks was appointed as Kinspeed Managing Director. A certified accountant with a background in financial and business system implementation. Glen guides the team to approach every project from the end-user perspective, with an emphasis on process and customer experience enhancement, to deliver rapid value.
