Marlowe Plc are a professional services provider specialising in safety, risk management and regulatory compliance. Combining business-critical services and SAAS – software as a service – Marlowe Plc deploy a team of 3,500 individuals to support over 50,000 businesses.
Growing Pains
New acquisitions used different software products for business management, with multiple third-party software add-ons to manage both core and peripheral processes.
The lack of a common system to manage financials caused complications as new divisions joined Marlowe Plc. Add to this, the need for a finance solution to efficiently manage VAT and reverse charge VAT for CIS – construction industry services – introduced by the UK government.
Tailored PSA Software
Kinspeed first upgraded Marlowe to a newer version of Sage 200 which enabled reverse charge VAT for CIS and removed the potential to submit incorrect VAT figures.
Additional software products, critical to operations, were integrated by Kinspeed developers to ensure continuity for employees while connecting data collation from all business processes to the central Sage ERP system.
Custom configuration of Sage 200 ensured Marlowe’s business management system provided a perfect-fit solution for every process.
