Kinspeed are proud to announce that Molly Wragg has been crowned Miss Leeds 2014! The grand final was held at the beautiful Barcoa Luxe Bar in the centre of Leeds’ lively nightlife strip, Call Lane. Molly was sponsored by Kinspeed in her quest to win Miss Leeds and Kinspeed representatives were on hand to cheer her on.

Molly, who studies Art and Design at Leeds University, pipped 21 other girls to the title of Miss Leeds. Student Rihanna Higgins came a close second and fashion student Maryann Cunningham came third.

Molly was automatically placed into the finals when she won Miss Charity and she did this by raising a grand total of £1,020 for her chosen charity.

For the final of Miss Leeds 2014, all contestants had to face the compulsory elegant evening dress round. This meant that all finalists were wearing a floor length gown and walked in a catwalk fashion against other contestants.

The judges were looking for girls who ‘floated’ effortlessly around the runway, displayed a statuesque appearance and grace, not to mention oozing with confidence! Molly was scored on her confidence, elegance, stage presence and the choice of evening wear and was good enough to be crowned Miss Leeds 2014.

As Molly’s skill was in the Top Ten for Miss Talent, she had to display her horse jumping skills through a DVD that was screened at the finals.
