Kinspeed strengthens team by over 20%

Kinspeed Ltd, the long term Sage Business Partner, Bespoke Software Solution provider, and now fully accredited Oracle Netsuite ERP Solution provider, have increased staffing levels by over 20% in recent months, with 6 new members joining the team, due to the continuing increase in business.

3 of the new appointments have been in the Development area of the business, with Jake Barron joining the team as a Senior Developer, Jared Prest joining Kinspeed the day after graduating from his degree, and Daniel Carter joining as .Net Developer on his gap year from Sheffield Hallam University.

The remaining appointments have been made in our Support team, with Trefor Teare joining the team, who has many years of Application Support on his CV, and will be focussed on supporting the Netsuite ERP system, Grant Doxey has joined from another Sage Business Partner, and brings a wealth of Sage support and project management experience with him, and Will Roberts joined the support team a couple of months ago as an Apprentice.

Managing Director Glen Banks said “Due to a recent increase in business, and also the decision to grow our Netsuite ERP capabilities across all areas, as well as increasing our Sage skills and expertise, we have invested in our team to ensure we have the correct skill sets to allow the recent growth and expansion to continue, whilst ensuring our existing clients are offered a first rate service.”

“Jake and Trefor bring a lot of experience and expertise to our team, and bring fresh knowledge and insight to our operations, and Grant has several years of in-depth Sage knowledge that is already having a significant impact on our response and fix KPIs in our support team. Jared is the latest in a long line of graduates we have employed from local universities over our history, as we continue to invest in the upcoming talent in our region and sector.

“We have just had 2 employee’s complete their Apprenticeship with Kinspeed, and we have some staff beginning Degree Apprenticeships later this year, and with these appointments being so successful in the past, we wanted to continue to support the upcoming talent within the South Yorkshire region, hence the recruitment of Will. We are keen to support Apprentices, and have a proud record of retaining apprentices once their apprenticeship has been completed.
