Recently, Kinspeed have experienced a huge increase in our work load and a higher volume of orders. To combat this situation, we have gone on a hiring spree and have welcomed five new members of staff to our company. There will be separate blog posts dedicated to each new member of staff to welcome them to the Kinspeed family.

Kinspeed are proud to announce that a recent Sheffield Hallam graduate has accepted our job offer to become one of our valued Junior Developers. Since joining the Kinspeed team, James Evans-Lee has contributed to a number of high profile projects including the development of KINWIP, a process control system that links to Sage 50 and allows companies to view and track how orders/jobs progress through different processes within their system.

Within weeks of starting his job, James has already struck up a great professional relationship with a variety of our customers, especially with our valued clients Direct Plastics and Metapic.

With his 2:1 in Applied Computing with Digital Media, James Evans-Lee has found it easy to tailor our software solutions to meet our customer’s needs and has used his expertise to solve a number of difficult problems.

James had this to say about his new role: ‘This job will be an excellent opportunity for me to test my abilities as a developer. I can’t wait to delve into different projects within a team so I can learn from some of the best software developers in the South Yorkshire area.’

Kinspeed MD, Ian Wragg said: ‘I am pleased to welcome James to the company. He performed well in his interview and showed that he has an in-depth knowledge of a range of programming languages. He has already become an essential member of the Kinspeed team and we are hoping we will become a great developer in due course.’
