Crystal Springall Accepts Role As Junior Developer

Recently, Kinspeed have experienced a huge increase in our work load and a higher volume of orders. To combat this situation, we have gone on a hiring spree and have welcomed five new members of staff to our company. There will be separate blog posts dedicated to each new member of staff to welcome them to the Kinspeed family.

At Kinspeed, we are proud to announce that a recent Sheffield Hallam graduate has taken up the job title of Junior Developer. With her 1st in Applied Computing with Digital Media, Crystal Springall has already started to display her vast knowledge of programming languages in her work.

Crystal has not shied away from any of the new projects that she has been given and she has recently been working on re-designing the Kinspeed website with our new graphic designer, Declan. Crystal has been turning Declan’s designs and images into webpages through the aid of WordPress. She has also been turning her web skills to a range of other sites such as

Crystal is a natural at communicating with other members of the Kinspeed team. This is a vital skill to have when working with others to help create aesthetically pleasing and fully functional websites.

Our new Junior Developer, Crystal Springall had this to say about her current position: ‘The Kinspeed team have welcomed me with open arms and I have been working on some very exciting projects that are helping me to become a better developer. With time, I am sure that my abilities will develop and I will progress in the company.’

The Managing Director of Kinspeed, Ian Wragg, had this to say: ‘Crystal really impressed us in her interview and she has already started on an assortment of important projects, including working on the Kinspeed website. I am sure this is the beginning of a long and prosperous career for Crystal.’
